Week in Lithuania

Not so long ago I went to Lithuania on holidays. To be honest, I didn’t expect I would spend my time there so good. I went to Palanga and I was really satisfied. First of all, it was weather. The Baltic sea is colder that Mediterranean, for instance, but as the weather was very hot, I was able to swim in it. While spending my vacation in Lithuania, I was really satisfied with the service of their inns and small hotel. As a rule, the hotels are not over-crowded there and they are not noisy at all. So, it was a real pleasure to spend time there after a day by the seaside. One more thing that I liked a lot about Lithuania is its cuisine. It is really very delicious. I have never liked potato but when I tasted kugelis (potato pudding), I changed my attitude to potato. Being in Lithuania, I didn’t miss my chance to buy various amber stuffs. I bought ear-rings and beads with which I was really satisfied. I also didn’t have any problems with accommodation in Lithuania. I did a search on the internet and booked a nice room in a hotel on-line. So, I knew it where to stay when I came to Lithuania.

My Vacation in Liguria

Last summer I with my friend went to Italy on holiday. We chose the Italian province of Savona which is situated in the region of Liguria on the North-Western coast of Italy. We made up our minds to go there because my relatives went there the previous summer and were very impressed and relaxed when came home. So we rented a summer house in advance thru the I-net in order to be safe, but frankly speaking it’s not a problem to rent a house at your arrival. At first we were surprised by the palm trees along the coast that made us feel as if being in the tropical clime. We wanted very much to see the unspoiled nature, so we went to the well-known nature reserves Loanese, Val Bormida, besides there are Parco del Beigua and Alpi del Savonese and Finalese but we didn’t manage to get there. Besides we got onto watching whale tours that is really a breathtaking experience. We visited the grotto of Toirano where we saw with our own eyes ancient cave drawings. I saw them on TV but in reality they are much cuter as if they radiate the energetic of ancient times. I can tell more and more about my vacation in Liguria but in short I enjoyed my holidays very much.
